missingWrote a review on Jan 05budget accommodationhelpful serviceshared facilitiesnoisy floor
The location near Kelvingrove Park is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions I had. My room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities like a kettle and complimentary toiletries. there were some drawbacks. The bathroom was shared and not cleaned during my stay, which felt quite unhygienic. the floor above me creaked quite a bit, causing some disturbances at night. Despite these issues, it remains a decent budget option if you don't mind the shared facilities.

A Mixed Bag of Comfort and Frustration
The service started off rocky. The staff struggled with basic tasks, but the atmosphere had potential. A cozy corner with a nice coffee spot nearby was a highlight. Just be sure to ask about the bathrooms – they're not all attached.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our large family gathering, just off Great Western Road. We loved that there were plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and the warm, friendly atmosphere of Glasgow made exploring a joy.
My kids wished the room had been brighter and less damp. a bit more attention to decor would help. A brighter ambiance would certainly make a big difference for families.

Great value for budget travelers
I needed a cheap place for a short stay and found this accommodation to be a fantastic option at an affordable price. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the room was clean, if a bit basic. the lack of heat during the summer left my room feeling damp and cold, which was uncomfortable. it's perfect for budget travelers but might not suit those looking for more amenities.

The Double Room offered decent space along with a big TV, which is a nice touch for any downtime. The location makes it easy to hit nearby local pubs and eateries, perfect for a night out.
The room had issues with lighting, with the electricity acting up in the morning. the lack of body wash in the shower felt off since hand soap doesn't cut it—just a little more effort would make it feel more complete.

Had a great time with my friends! We visited the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and enjoyed the local pubs nearby. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the subway and eateries. The staff were friendly and the property was good value for money, so I’d definitely recommend staying here!
We did hear some noise from the floor above, which was a bit annoying at times.
